A significant date

Today 28.06.2024 we received the final construction document activities under the "Aesthetic Homes III & IV" project - ACT 16. Recognition for the excellent work done by each of our employees from general workers to technical supervisors and senior management. We share some photos from our green oasis in the heart of the city:

Excavation activities

Excavation of the foundation of Corps 2 of the outstanding residential complex "Esthety Park South" are 100% completed. Impressive heavy construction equipment – 35-ton crawler excavator, 23- ton crawler excavator, demolition excavator, four-axle dump trucks, 5-ton roller, 1 bobcat and 2 combination excavators, worked tirelessly for days on end achieving the goal. New additions to the fleet

We have added two new additions to our fleet - the 23-ton crawler excavator HMK 230LC and combined excavator loader Hidromek, model HMK 102B K4, part of the manufacturer's latest series of machines. We thank ECOSOL Bulgaria AD - official importer of the brand for Bulgaria, for the professionalism and the attitude towards us as a client we wish more cooperation in the future.

Construction stage

We take a look at Esteti Homes V and the construction activities on it – to date, the roof slab at the +23 M elevation has been completed and is flowing final finishing works before the issuance of ACT14 of the building. We share up-to-date photos of the work process:
