“ESTETI” EOOD is a construction company specializing in the construction of residential buildings and complexes, commercial properties, single-family houses, and a wide range of finishing activities. It owns and operates the website https://www.esteti.bg/, which consolidates and provides information about all company projects. To fulfill its obligations related to administration, marketing, advertising, and management of its projects, “ESTETI” EOOD collects and processes a certain volume of personal data about individuals.

This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Policy (referred to below as the “Privacy Policy” and/or the “Policy”) aims to explain what personal data we collect about you, how and why we process it, and your rights. If you proceed with purchasing a property in one of the projects by ESTETI, you will need to provide personal data for the purpose of concluding and executing a contract with the company. VI. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

• We process your personal data to respond to inquiries (via phone, email, or personal meeting), to provide you with the requested information regarding available properties for sale in ESTETI projects, purchasing conditions, and upcoming projects.
• If you have given your explicit consent to receive marketing communications, we will process your personal data to provide you with additional information about current and future projects by the construction company ESTETI, as well as about programs, promotions, documents, and other materials.

! IMPORTANT ! Companies/persons offering intermediary services in real estate transactions (brokers, intermediaries, real estate agents, etc.) are not provided access to your personal data. However, if such an entity introduces a potential buyer to a property in an ESTETI project, we have a practice of checking whether the individual (name, email, phone) has previously contacted us. If the person is found in our database, we inform the intermediary that the individual is already familiar with ESTETI’s projects, and no commission is owed for them.

! IMPORTANT ! Under applicable legislation, we are obligated to provide your personal data upon request to respective authorities, institutions, and legally defined persons.
